TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
- The role of transaction coordinator will be to assist in the management of a corporate account, which will include administrative duties, client interaction, transaction management and reporting
- Assist in the management of the lease process including initiation of transactions, document processing, data input, and the tracking/reporting of each lease transaction
- Interact and communicate with clients and tenants
- Ability to discuss and present lease terms within a defined parameter
- Track data for reporting
- Compile and provide any necessary reporting for client as needed
- Assist with general oversight of account, ensuring leases are compliant and completed in a timely manner
Desired Skills and Experience
- The qualified candidate will be a self-starter, detail oriented, deadline driven and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while professional and customer service oriented
- Prior lease audit/administration experience is helpful but not required

SALES ASSOCIATE
NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. is seeking aggressive, self-starting, experienced real estate sales professionals who are highly motivated to earn top commissions.
Responsibilities include:
- Marketing, leasing, and sales of industrial and office properties.
- Must be comfortable cold calling and working directly with CFO’s, CEO’s and top decision makers.
- Market property by advertising vacancies; identify and approach prospective tenants; create market strategies, distribute marketing materials; participate in community and regional activities; prepare and submit proposals; generate leads; and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Show properties by setting appointments; provide property statistics and leasing information; highlight benefits, such as, location, surrounding area, transportation, access, neighbors, building systems and services, amenities, occupancy history, owner performance, tenant satisfaction, and security.
- Complete leases by reviewing contract requirements, negotiating terms, obtaining signatures, deposits, and payments.
- Update job knowledge by studying real estate leasing trends and economic conditions, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional and community organizations
