Bill is a Vice President at NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. His career spans over thirty three years in the commercial real estate business specializing in representing both tenants and landlords in the leasing and sale of retail and investment properties throughout the Philadelphia Region. He provides a consultative and holistic approach in assisting tenants and landlords address their cultural, financial, and operational issues with a specific focus on retail tenants. Bill has a proven record for creative problem solving, execution processes, timely responsiveness and attention to detail.
Prior to joining NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., Bill spent nine years as the Partner at Fidelity Commercial Real Estate Alliance in King of Prussia, PA. He joined Fidelity Commercial after ten years as a Broker at CB Commercial Real Estate Group in the Philadelphia region.
There he helped create CB’s local retail brokerage team. Bill was the top retail specialist, four of his first five years at CB Commercial and was the top five broker in Philadelphia’s three office regions in 1990. From 1990 until 1994, he was the Philadelphia Board of Realtors Platinum Club recipient. Bill has been actively involved in the leasing and sale of over 725,000,000 square feet for more than $880,000,000 in consideration during the past 33 years.
