James You is a Sales Associate with a strong foundation in finance and economics. Since joining Geis, James’s focus has been in the healthcare space including facility leasing, project management, disposition assignments and value add analyses. 

His previous experience includes successfully operating a wholesale telecom business, where he demonstrated exceptional business acumen by growing revenues from $200K to $2M per month.  James's strategic thinking and ability to drive growth in competitive markets has allowed him to seamlessly transition into commercial real estate.   James is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University with a dual degree in Finance and Economics.
