Adam Knox joined NAI Geis Realty Group in 2011. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, he has established himself as a specialist in various aspects of commercial real estate, particularly in office, healthcare, and medical office leasing. His expertise extends to representing both tenants and landlords in real estate transactions.

Notable recent achievements include:

• Representing Haven Behavioral Health through complex leasing negotiations with multiple entities to facilitate the opening of a 72-bed hospital, the only in-patient Behavioral Health facility in Chester County, fulfilling critical social and medical needs of the community.
• Negotiating eight leases simultaneously while representing Mat-Su Regional Medical Center in a complex, $15,000,000 transaction with a national real estate developer to provide much needed clinical services to the Palmer, Alaska region, while attaining rent reductions, tenant improvement allowances, and rent abatement.

• Representing North American Spine and Pain through a multi-location and state expansion plan, simultaneously infilling service gaps by strategically placing practices to ensure a full range of patient coverage. This included five new transactions, a building purchase and renovation, as well as several additional searches during a two-year period of expansion.

Adam's career in the real estate industry began in 1998 as a broker with Beacon Commercial Real Estate. Prior to his brokerage role, he also held positions related to property management and site development at Blair and Son, Inc. Builders and Developers, contributing to his comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.

Adam is actively involved in serving his community. He is a former member and chairman of the East Goshen Township Planning Commission. Currently, he is an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) and serves as a board member of Good Fellowship Ambulance.

In his spare time, Adam can generally be found outdoors, hunting, fishing, and hiking. He also enjoys cooking and traveling with his partner, Tracy, and their blended family.
