Deidre Hardister is a seasoned commercial real estate broker with a career spanning over 37 years. As the Senior Vice President - National Accounts at NAI Geis Realty Group since 2016, Deidre brings a wealth of knowledge expertise and that extends across various facets of the industry including office, medical office, and healthcare leasing and sales, corporate services, and tenant representation. Her extensive professional background also includes property management, development, and international account management, including overseeing a vast 26.4 million square foot global real estate portfolio. Before joining NAI Geis Realty Group, she was a Principal and Senior Vice President at CBRE.  Outside of her real estate work, Deidre devotes her time to volunteering at local non-profit organizations, and spending time with her family.  Deidre holds a BBA Real Estate Finance from Texas Tech University.

Notable achievements since joining NAI Geis Realty Group include:

• Spearheading a $3.1 million renovation and rebranding of a large downtown Philadelphia asset that faced a significant challenge due to the dissolution of its largest tenant. Her strategic efforts led to a remarkable recovery, bringing the asset's occupancy rate from 48% back up to an impressive 95% within just one year.
• Negotiating over 2.1 million square feet of leases, including a crucial 10-year renewal for a 253,000 square foot tenant in Philadelphia and a 252,000 square foot GSA lease in the same city.
• Executing a successful Sale/Lease Back initiative, resulting in $200 million in net proceeds.
